Agtegra selects new SVP of Human Resources and Organizational Development

Agtegra Cooperative is happy to announce that Jane Kuhn has accepted the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Agtegra and will begin on March 22.

“I am very pleased to welcome Jane to Agtegra,” said Agtegra CEO Chris Pearson. “It is extremely important that our Human Resources group is actively involved in our operating divisions and working to develop our employees and our businesses to their fullest potential. Jane and I are very aligned with these goals.”
 
Jane has more than 25 years of experience in organization development, human resources management, and communications. Jane has held several leadership roles in various industries including healthcare, financial services, retail, and agricultural equipment manufacturing for organizations including UnitedHealth Group, GMAC-Rescap, Best Buy, The Toro Company, and AGCO Corporation. 

Major projects included the implementation of talent management, succession planning, performance management, leadership development, organizational culture, and diversity & inclusion.

Her education includes a Ph.D. in Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota, a Master's degree in Communications from North Dakota State University, and an MBA degree focused on Marketing from Minnesota State University - Moorhead.  She is also an adjunct faculty member at the U of MN’s Carlson School of Management Human Resources/Industrial Relations program and in their Executive Education program.

He started his career in grain and logistics and has held several leadership positions within the industry, most recently as Northeast Region Manager.

Chad Boekelheide raises corn and soybeans alongside his parents, Jim and Donna, his brother, Scott, and son, Derek, in the Northville and Mellette area. Chad made his way back to the farm after earning a finance degree from Northern State University in 1995. Chad and his wife, Kris, are proud parents to their four children—Derek, Hailey, Jessica, and Ella.
