Camping spots are first-come, first-serve and no reservation is required.

Don't have a camper? Check out these camper rental options. Book early, as many camper rentals will be booked for the Sturgis Rally.

HOTELS

To book a hotel room, you MUST CALL when reserving a room and let them know that you are in town for the Agtegra Appreciation Night event. Some of the hotels may give you a discounted rate, if they have one, so be sure to make your reservation over the phone vs. online. We also encourage you to book your room early to ensure availability, as rooms will book fast. Shuttles will be available on the fairgrounds to transport guests to and from their hotels throughout the event.

BUS RIDES

Ride the party bus to the Agtegra Appreciation Night in Huron for $10/person. Includes drinks and snacks on the bus! All buses should arrive at the fairgrounds by 4 PM. Pick-up times vary depending on which city you select. All buses depart after the concert and Syngenta fireworks show.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I redeem my meal tickets?
  • Meal tickets can be redeemed at any food vendor during the event! 
  • Each meal ticket is equivalent to $12.  
  • Meal tickets are mailed with your event tickets in mid-July. 
  • Unfortunately, our food vendors cannot give you cash back on your meal tickets, so you must use the entire ticket at the food vendor you choose. Most food vendors will have a meal deal option that is equivalent to your $12 meal ticket value. 
  • You can also use cash/card for additional purchases if you choose to eat both lunch and supper at the event or for snacks throughout the day.
How do I redeem my drink tickets?
  • Drink tickets can be redeemed at our beer garden or at the grandstand drink booths. 
  • Each ticket is worth one drink. 
  • Drink tickets are mailed with your event tickets in mid-July. 
  • You can also purchase additional drink tickets at ticketing stations in the beer garden and grandstand. 
  • Non-alcoholic drinks can be purchased at food vendors both inside and outside the grandstands, but since the value of the drink tickets far exceed the value of non-alcoholic drinks, the drink tickets can only be redeemed on alcohol. 
  • Water and pop can be purchased with meal tickets in conjunction with a meal deal at most food vendors or can be purchased with cash/card.
When can I park my camper on the fairgrounds?

Camping is only free for the two nights of our event (Friday and Saturday). If you plan to park your camper at the state fairgrounds prior to Friday, August 2nd, you must pay the State Fair Office for additional camping. Campers may pay at the payment kiosks in the campgrounds or at the South Dakota State Fairgrounds office, Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. Payment can be made by cash, check, or via credit card over the phone but cannot be done more than a week in advance of arrival. Please contact the State Fair Office for rate information at (605) 353-7340.

Can I bring a bag into the concert?

Yes! We do NOT have a clear bag policy for our event.
