Agtegra Cooperative Announces Acquisition of UPI Petroleum Assets
Agtegra Cooperative is excited to announce that as of today, it has acquired the assets of UPI Petroleum, a c-store and bulk fuel and propane business in Milbank, South Dakota.

“I greatly appreciate the support Milbank has given me over the past 7 years,” said Jason Ackerman, UPI Petroleum co-owner. “I am pleased to announce that I will be staying on with Agtegra to manage the facility in Milbank, and all current employees have been offered employment.”

Agtegra is a South Dakota member-owned cooperative that is over 100 years old. With energy locations in several South and North Dakota communities, we are dedicated to serving the needs of our members, customers, and local communities. We look forward to welcoming UPI employees and customers to the Agtegra family.
