2023 Scholarship Recipients Announced

Agtegra Cooperative has awarded scholarships to 10 high school seniors and two college students for the 2023-2024 school year.
The purpose of the scholarship program is to further the advancement of the agricultural industry and the cooperative system through education while promoting academic excellence.
High school senior recipients will each receive $500 to be used toward a full-time undergraduate agricultural degree program at a 2- or 4-year postsecondary institution located in South Dakota or North Dakota.
Two students from each of Agtegra’s regions were selected from a competitive pool of applications. Those recipients include:

“Investing in the next generation of agricultural leaders is important to our industry’s sustainability,” says Jason Klootwyk, Agtegra CEO. “We are excited to offer scholarships to these students as they pursue their passions in agriculture and seek to play a role in feeding the world.”

- Paul Moening: Lakeville, Minnesota
- Emily Robbins: Aurora, South Dakota
- Samantha Meehl: Oakes, North Dakota
- Shaydin Ell: Mandan, North Dakota
Collegiate recipients include the following:
- Kathryn Rausch, Hoven, South Dakota: South Dakota State University, Agricultural Education and Agricultural Science
- Zoey Schentzel, Farmington, Minnesota: South Dakota State University, Agricultural Communications
