PURCHASING PROPANE
CONTRACTS
Contracting your gallons is a popular way to lock in pricing for the entire heating season. Payment is due the 22nd of the following month after the date of delivery, unless you are signed up for Level Pay. Summer is typically the best time to lock in propane pricing for the Fall/Winter.
Contracts expire at the end of April each year
LEVEL PAY
Level Pay Contracts allow you to pay an average amount each month and receive a $0.10/gal discount. If you’re a new customer, we will help estimate your usage. If you’re an existing customer, we look back to see what your usage was the previous year or take an average of the prior two years. If you don’t use the full contract amount, we’ll credit you at the end of the contract term. If you use more than what is contracted, you’ll be responsible for paying the overage amount at the end of the contract term before renewing a contract for the next year.
Level Pay contracts start July 1 and end June 30. Contracts that start after July are prorated.
FILLING YOUR TANK
SCHEDULED DELIVERY
Life is busy. Take ordering propane off your to-do list by signing up for Scheduled Delivery. We’ll monitor your tank levels and when your propane supply is depleted to a certain level, we’ll automatically schedule a refill delivery. There is no additional cost to sign up for Scheduled Delivery and the best part is that you don’t have to worry about running out of propane!

For an additional cost, you may order propane by using the order form above. Expect up to 9 days for delivery. Additional charges apply for partial tank fill deliveries and “Out Of Gas” deliveries.
TRANSPORT LOADS
Agtegra maintains supply connections with several propane suppliers at terminals close to our bulk plants. With over 700,000 gallons of propane storage and a transport trucking business, we are prepared to dependably supply your transport needs (10,000 gal or more). Contact us for pricing and delivery.
NEED A TANK?
TANK RENTAL
Agtegra offers affordable tank rentals in various sizes ranging from 120 gal to 1,000 gal. With low annual rental fees, this is our most popular option. You purchase and own the regulator while Agtegra owns and services the tank, valves and monitor. We pride ourselves on safe, reliable propane supply, so we frequently inspect our tanks and make necessary repairs to keep you and your family safe.
