FIRST DAY

What do I wear on my first day of work?

Please reach out to your supervisor for guidance around your first day attire. Generally, office-based staff attire is business casual and operations wear hi-visibility safety gear. Safety gear is supplied by Agtegra (hardhat, vest, etc.). 

What time should I arrive?

Please arrange with your supervisor for your arrival time on your first day. 

What should I bring?

Please bring proof of identification/documentation for employment verification (I-9) and direct deposit information. Click here.  

Will I receive IT hardware?

Employees who require technology hardware for their new roles will receive it on or around their first day of work.

BENEFITS

What benefits does Agtegra provide?

We provide a comprehensive benefits package for full-time (30 hours or more per week) employees. Part-time employees are eligible to participate in our 401k and pension programs.

How do I sign up for my benefits?

You will receive communication on your first day of work with directions to enroll in benefits. 

When will my benefits become active?

Your benefits become active the first day of the month following your hire date. 

GETTING PAID

When will I get paid?

Your first paycheck will arrive as a paper check that is mailed to your address on file, as your direct deposit is verified. It will be deposited directly bi-weekly after the verification process is complete.
